Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with EV Navi Premium. This policy applies to subscriptions bought at mapsev.com.

Free trial

Every new account receives a 14-day free trial without a card; nothing is charged during it. A subscription is charged only when you check out after the trial.

Refunds

If Premium does not work for you, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full. After 14 days, charges for the current period are not refunded, but you can cancel so that no further charges occur; Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.

If a technical problem on our side prevents you from using Premium for a significant part of a billing period, tell us and we will refund or credit that period.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the email address of your account, or use the receipt sent by Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders; Paddle handles the refund and returns the money to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling

Open your profile in the app and choose your plan to manage or cancel it, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancelling stops future charges immediately.
