Common questions
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Open your profile in the app, tap your membership, then Manage subscription. You can cancel, switch the payment method and download invoices there. Cancelling stops future charges; Premium stays on until the end of the paid period.
How do refunds work?
Ask within 14 days of a charge and we refund it in full. Later charges for the current period are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time. Refunds are made by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. See the refund policy.
My car's charge level does not update.
Open your profile and check the vehicle card. For Tesla, the link may need to be renewed once in a while: disconnect and connect again. For an OBD-II adapter, make sure it is posting with the token shown in the app.
Does Mapsev work in my Tesla?
Yes. Open mapsev.com in the car's browser and sign in with Google. Nothing is installed; your account, plan and car link follow you between phone and car.
How do I delete my account?
Write to [email protected] from the address you sign in with. We delete the account, its car and YouTube links and stored data, and confirm by e-mail. Google and YouTube permissions can also be revoked at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Where does Mapsev route?
Armenia and Ukraine today, with detailed maps, traffic and chargers. More regions follow as their data becomes available.
